Sarah Johnson is a National Board Certified Family and Geriaitrc Nurse Practitioner licensed in Minnesota. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Nursing in 2009 and in 2023 she made the decision to open her own practice. Sarah believes that the value of the visit is dependent on the ability to take the time to listen to the story. Without this information, the guidance, recommendations and outcomes are limited. Sarah's National Certification in Geriatrics has provided her with a refreshing perspective on aging and longevity and a special interest in regenerative medicine, lifestyle, medication reduction and nutrition. Prior to opening her own practice, Sarah practiced primary care since 2009.
